OTT Provider stores the details needed to take an order and deliver it.

What we store

Name, email, mobile number, order items, payment UTR, and the delivery details attached to that order. If you create an account, we also store a password hash. We do not store your UPI PIN or card number.

Why

To create the order, check the payment, show delivery on your order page, and answer a support message. Telegram chats stay on Telegram.

How long

Orders are kept so you can track them and so we can handle a replacement request. You can ask us to delete an account email that has no open order.

Sharing

Payment status may be checked with our UPI provider using the UTR and amount. We do not sell customer lists.
